I want to welcome you to a different kind of dental practice. I want you to look and feel younger next year. I am a lifelong learner, a perpetual student, who is constantly seeking ways to live + age well. I want to provide you with the knowledge to follow this path as well. There are many different modalities to engage to maximize one’s health. I read “Younger Next Year for Women” by Chris Crowley + Henry S. Lodge in 2019, + it jump-started me on a path to improved health. It is important to me to address your total health, and in 2018 I trained to provide care for snoring and sleep apnea through ACSDD. One of the most crucial practices is centered around functional breathing. I am focused on sharing this practice with you, + if enlisted, it can greatly improve your daily function + sleep.
It is paramount to me that I embrace technology + devices that will improve how I deliver dental care. Not only that, but I am interested in improving your overall health and function as well. I am committed to continuing to learn and embrace how to deliver the best to you. I have practiced dentistry for almost 30 years and have impacted + changed many people’s smiles, allowing them improved function + a return to the smile of their youth. I am committed to helping establish + maintain your dental health.
With my understanding of how proper sleep + breathing affect your health, I can purposefully deliver information that you may have never heard before. We can control how we age + how we feel to a certain degree. I am able to incorporate the use of laser therapy to impact your airway + the appearance of your skin, neck + lips. This is a revolutionary approach to how I serve you as a dentist.

MAREY STONE // DDS
Dr. Marey Stone received her undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in French in 1993. She took a year off to travel the South Pacific before entering dental school. She graduated in 1998 from the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry.
CAROL PHILLIPS //
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Carol found an interest in dentistry as a teenager while having orthodontic treatment. She pursued that interest + has enjoyed practicing dental hygiene in the East County since 1983. She enjoys helping patients improve their dental health + making their dental appointments as pleasant as possible. Carol is a resident La Mesa, having grown up here and continues to reside in La Mesa. She is married + has two cats. Carol has many interests including decorative painting, Jazzercise + gardening.
ANGELA SCHAEFFER //
Register Dental Hygienist
Angela began her career in dentistry in 1991 as a dental assistant then furthered her education to become a hygienist. She received her A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Southwestern College. She graduated top of her class in 2003. Angela has two children + resides in Fletcher Hills. She enjoys hiking, kickboxing +, most of all, spending time with family

Jackie has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1995. Our office has been her home since the new millennium. Jackie grew up in San Diego. She is married with five children. Her interests include church activities, reading + resting.
